RAINATerms of Use

These Terms govern access to RAINA websites, applications and services. Product-specific terms may also apply to a particular purchase, sale, competition, membership or on-chain action.
Using RAINA
You must be legally able to use the relevant product where you live and comply with laws that apply to you. Keep your devices, wallet and account secure. You are responsible for actions you approve through your wallet or authenticated account.
Self-custody and wallet approvals
RAINA does not ask for your recovery phrase or private keys. Connecting a wallet does not transfer custody. Before signing, review the network, token, amount, recipient, permissions and fees shown by your wallet. Blockchain transactions can be irreversible and may fail or be delayed.
Digital-asset risk
Digital assets can be volatile and can lose some or all of their value. Liquidity, market access, network fees and third-party availability can change. RAINA does not promise returns, profits, uninterrupted service, a token listing, liquidity, or a particular execution result. Nothing on RAINA is investment, tax or legal advice.
Product availability
Products may be release-gated, region-limited, paused for maintenance or unavailable. Paid and on-chain actions show product-specific information before approval. Do not proceed if the amount, recipient, network or terms do not match what you expect.
Fees and third-party costs
RAINA fees, when applicable, are shown separately from blockchain gas, bridge, DEX, wallet or third-party provider fees. Published rates may change for future transactions; an already-created order keeps its recorded price or fee terms unless the order expires or is cancelled.
Acceptable use
Do not use RAINA to violate law, mislead others, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, exploit security defects, launder funds or submit false eligibility or identity information. Access may be restricted where necessary to protect users, the service or legal obligations.
Third-party services
Wallets, blockchains, RPC providers, exchanges, bridges and other linked services are operated independently. Their terms, fees, outages, security and privacy practices are outside RAINA’s control.
Changes and termination
RAINA may change, pause or discontinue features. Material revisions to these Terms will be dated here. You may stop using RAINA at any time, but obligations tied to completed transactions remain.
