This notice explains the information RAINA processes to provide its products and the choices available for optional website measurement.
Information you provide
Depending on the product, RAINA may process profile details, country code, eligibility confirmations, merchant or order information, support messages, settings and other information you submit. Do not place sensitive personal information in public profile fields.
Wallet and blockchain information
When you connect a wallet or use an on-chain feature, RAINA may process public wallet addresses, transaction identifiers and related public blockchain activity. Public blockchain records are visible to others and cannot be deleted or changed by RAINA.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, provide requested features, verify payments and claims, prevent replay or fraud, operate support, protect the service, enforce product rules and meet applicable legal obligations. RAINA does not sell personal information through this site.
Eligibility and transaction records
Presale registration records can include country code, acceptance of sale terms and risk disclosure, allocation state, payment proof, release schedules and claim history. Transaction records may be retained when needed for accounting, security, dispute handling or legal obligations.
Optional analytics and replay
Optional usage analytics and session replay are off until you choose them. Replay is a separate choice available only when analytics is enabled and is configured to mask form input. You can change your choice using “Privacy choices.”
Service providers
RAINA uses infrastructure and service providers to host, secure and operate the product. Information is shared with them only as needed for those services. A wallet, blockchain or external provider also receives information when you choose to interact with it.
Retention and security
Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve issues, protect users and meet legal obligations. No online service or blockchain can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can decline optional analytics, disconnect wallets, change available profile settings and contact Support about privacy requests. Some records may need to be retained, and public blockchain data cannot be altered by RAINA.
Children
RAINA is not intended for anyone below the minimum legal age required to use the relevant digital-asset service in their location.
