These Presale Terms apply to an eligible purchase of $RAINA through the RAINA Community Presale. They supplement the RAINA Terms of Use.
Sale economics
The Community Presale price is US$0.002 per $RAINA, with a maximum sale allocation of 25,000,000 $RAINA, a US$15,000 soft cap and a US$50,000 hard cap. A 1.25% RAINA platform fee is added to the buyer’s purchase amount before wallet approval. The platform fee is not included when calculating $RAINA quantity, the soft cap, or the hard cap. Network gas is separate. The purchase interface and recorded order are the source of truth for your individual allocation and permitted purchase amount.
Eligibility and allocation
Registration is not a purchase and does not guarantee eligibility or an allocation. RAINA may review, approve, waitlist or reject registrations and may require additional information where legally necessary. Do not participate where participation would violate law or restriction applicable to you.
Payment rails and delivery
Approved purchases may use the verified Solana Mainnet USDC rail or Robinhood Chain Mainnet USDG rail shown in the checkout. Both rails share one global presale cap. The payment network does not change token delivery: $RAINA releases to the verified Solana wallet attached to the buyer’s RAINA account while cross-chain token delivery remains separately governed. Pay only the token, network, amount and destination displayed by the live RAINA checkout and your wallet.
Order finality
A purchase is counted only after RAINA independently verifies the corresponding on-chain payment against the frozen order details. Sending funds to an old, copied, unsupported or incorrect address or network can result in permanent loss and may not create an allocation.
Release schedule
The published release schedule is 25% at TGE and the remaining 75% linearly over 180 days, subject to the live release state shown in RAINA. A claim is not complete until the applicable payout transaction is confirmed.
No ownership or profit rights
$RAINA does not represent shares, equity, debt, a bank deposit, a guaranteed income stream or a promise of profit. Holding $RAINA does not by itself give ownership of RAINA, GIGILABS or another business.
No guaranteed listing or liquidity
No exchange listing, market price, liquidity pool, bridge route or secondary-market availability is guaranteed. Public trading and bridge routes are separately release-gated and may remain unavailable.
Refunds and mistaken transfers
Confirmed blockchain purchases are generally final except where applicable law requires otherwise or RAINA expressly confirms a processing error. Wrong-network, wrong-token, duplicate or unsolicited transfers may be unrecoverable. Contact Support before attempting a second payment for the same order.
Taxes and reporting
You are responsible for understanding and satisfying taxes, reporting or other obligations that apply to you. RAINA does not provide tax advice.
Changes and suspension
RAINA may suspend the sale, reject a transaction that fails verification, close the sale when a cap is reached, or pause access for security, network or legal reasons. Changes do not retroactively alter a confirmed order’s recorded quantity and price except where required by law.
Acceptance
By submitting a presale registration or approving a presale purchase, you confirm that you have read these Presale Terms and the Presale Risk Disclosure and that the information you provide is accurate.
