Buying a digital token is high risk. Do not participate unless you understand the risks and can bear a complete loss of the amount you spend.
Loss of value
$RAINA may have little or no market value after purchase. Market demand can change quickly and you can lose all economic value associated with a purchase.
Liquidity risk
There may be no active market, exchange listing, liquidity pool or buyer when you want to sell. A technical ability to transfer a token does not mean there will be liquidity.
Technology and network risk
Solana, Robinhood Chain, smart contracts, wallets, RPC providers and other infrastructure can experience bugs, congestion, outages, forks, exploits or other failures. Transactions can be delayed, rejected or irreversible.
Wallet and key risk
You control your wallet credentials. Loss or compromise of a private key, recovery phrase or device may cause permanent loss. RAINA cannot recover a self-custody wallet for you.
Regulatory risk
Laws, rules, tax treatment and access to digital assets can change. A product or feature available today may become restricted, delayed or unavailable in a location.
Project and execution risk
Product roadmaps, integrations, utilities, market access and schedules can change. Development may take longer than expected and some planned features may never launch.
Bridge and third-party risk
Cross-chain bridges, DEXs, wallets and other third-party services introduce additional smart-contract, custody, routing and counterparty risks. RAINA cannot guarantee their operation.
Fraud and impersonation risk
Scammers may imitate RAINA, create fake tokens, send fake support messages or publish fraudulent payment addresses. Use only the canonical RAINA interface and verify every wallet prompt. RAINA Support will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.

Do not rely on statements about future price, appreciation, yield, profit or resale. No return is promised or guaranteed.
